Change Log Mode Setting
Access the admin page.
Select Manage System > View System Logs.
Click Setting button and open Set The Log Mod window.
Set the Log Mode를 [Mode to Debug], Core Mode를 [예]로 설정하고 확인 버튼을 클릭하여 적용합니다Mode to Yes and click Confirm.
- 포탈에 접속하여 오류 현상을 재연합니다.
- 관리자 페이지에 접속합니다.
[시스템관리] > [시스템 로그 보기]에서 [다운로드] 버튼을 클릭하여 로그 파일을 PC에 다운로드 합니다.
Step 1에서 설정한 로그 모드를 information으로 변경하여 로그 모드 설정을 원복합니다참고사항 title 참고사항 로그 파일 다운로드는 서버에 저장된 전체 로그가 zip 파일로 압축되어 동시에 다운로드 됩니다.

Descriptions
Log Mode 서버에 저장하는 로그 파일의 유형을 설정합니다Set the type of log file to be stored on the server.
1) None : 로그 파일을 저장하지 않음Do not save any log files.
2) Information : 기본 동작 로그 저장Save basic operation logs.
3) Debug : Save detailed debug logs, including "Information"을 포함한 디버그용 자세한 로그를 저장
* 오류 내용은 ‘Information'과 'Debug’ 모두 저장됩니다.
* Error messages are saved in both "Information" and "Debug" modes.
Safer Mode 1) 예 : 라이센스 오류 메시지를 확인하려는 경우Yes : When checking license error messages.
2) 아니오 : 일반적인 디버그 모드로 설정* 이 기능은 로그 모드가 "Debug"인 경우에만 사용할 수 있습니다No : Use standard debug mode.
* This feature is only available when the log mode is set to "Debug".
Core Mode 1) 예 : 클라이언트에서 보내는 SQL에 대해 자세히 확인하려는 경우 Yes : when you want to examine SQL statements sent from the client in detail.
2) 아니오 : 일반적인 디버그 모드로 설정* 이 기능은 로그 모드가 "Debug"인 경우에만 사용할 수 있습니다 No : Use standard debug mode
* This feature is available only when the log mode is set to "Debug".
Log Backup 로그 파일 생성 옵션을 설정합니다Set the log file creation option.
1) Always : 로그 파일 크기 제한을 초과할 때마다 로그 파일의 백업을 만듭니다Creates a backup of the log file whenever the file size exceeds the specified limit.
2) Daily : 날짜 별 로그 파일 백업을 만듭니다. 1일 로그 파일의 크기가 로그 파일 크기 제한을 초과하면 최신 로그에서 최대 크기만큼 저장합니다Creates log file backups by date. If a daily log file exceeds the size limit, only the most recent portion up to the maximum size is saved.
3) One time : 로그 파일 크기 제한을 초과하면 백업을 만듭니다. 그러나 백업 파일 하나로 새 백업 파일이 생성될 때 이전에 생성된 백업 파일이 남아 있다면 삭제됩니다Creates a backup when the log file size exceeds the limit. However, only one backup file is retained — any previously created backup will be deleted when a new one is generated.
Log File Limit Size 로그 파일의 저장 크기를 설정합니다Set the storage size limit for log files. (기본 Default: 3MB)
로그 파일 크기 제한을 초과하면 새 로그 파일이 생성됩니다. 기존 로그 파일은 백업됩니다.
보존 기간 파일의 저장 기간을 설정합니다.
하위 버전과의 호환 처리를 위해 필요하며 이 버전에서는 사용할 수 없습니다.
* 값을 0으로 설정하거나 기간 단위를 "Unlimits"로 설정할 수 있습니다.
에러 로그 파일 분리 오류 발생 시 로그 파일을 분리하여 별도 파일을 만들 것인지 설정합니다. 재 시작 시 자동 반영
1) 예 : Admin 서버를 다시 시작할 때 로그 모드의 설정을 유지합니다.
2) 아니오 : Admin 서버를 다시 시작할 때 로그 모드의 설정을 초기화합니다.
Step 2. 오류 현상 재연 및 서버 로그 수집
When the log file exceeds the specified size limit, a new log file is created and the existing one is backed up.
Retention Period Set the retention period for files.
This setting is required for backward compatibility, but is not available in this version.* You may set the value to 0 or set the duration unit to "Unlimited".
Separate Error Log File Set whether to sperate log file per each error Automatically Apply In Restart
1) Yes : Retain the log mode setting when the Admin server restarts.
2) No : Reset the log mode setting when the Admin server restarts.
Step 2. Reproduce Error and Collect Server Logs
- Access the portal and reproduce the error.
- Access the admin page.
Click Manage System > View System Log and click Download button to download log files.

- Restore the log mode to "Information" as configured in Step 1.
