Through System Log Viewer, you can query various logs generated in the AUD Platform and configure log creation settings.
Step 1. Change Log Mode Setting
Access the admin page.
Select Manage System > View System Logs.
Click Setting button and open Set The Log Mod window.
Set the Log Mode to Debug, Core Mode to Yes and click Confirm.

Log Mode Set the type of log file to be stored on the server.
1) None : Do not save any log files.
2) Information : Save basic operation logs.
3) Debug : Save detailed debug logs, including "Information".
* Error messages are saved in both "Information" and "Debug" modes.
Safer Mode 1) Yes : When checking license error messages.
2) No : Use standard debug mode.
* This feature is only available when the log mode is set to "Debug".
Core Mode 1) Yes : when you want to examine SQL statements sent from the client in detail.
2) No : Use standard debug mode
* This feature is available only when the log mode is set to "Debug".
Log Backup Set the log file creation option.
1) Always : Creates a backup of the log file whenever the file size exceeds the specified limit.
2) Daily : Creates log file backups by date. If a daily log file exceeds the size limit, only the most recent portion up to the maximum size is saved.
3) One time : Creates a backup when the log file size exceeds the limit. However, only one backup file is retained — any previously created backup will be deleted when a new one is generated.
Log File Limit Size Set the storage size limit for log files. (Default: 3MB)
When the log file exceeds the specified size limit, a new log file is created and the existing one is backed up.Retention Period Set the retention period for files.
This setting is required for backward compatibility, but is not available in this version.* You may set the value to 0 or set the duration unit to "Unlimited".
Separate Error Log File Set whether to sperate log file per each error Automatically Apply In Restart
1) Yes : Retain the log mode setting when the Admin server restarts.
2) No : Reset the log mode setting when the Admin server restarts.
Step 2. Reproduce Error and Collect Server Logs
- Access the portal and reproduce the error.
- Access the admin page.
Click Manage System > View System Log and click Download button to download log files.
