1. Screen Structure 


When a report is clicked from the report list, it will be displayed in the Report Area.


Clicking an i-META File will also open it in the Report Area.


2. Left Menu Area

The left menu provides access to various features. Users can configure which menus are shown.

1. List 

Displays a tree-structured list of available reports on the left. Each report type is identified by a unique icon.

Accessible with SV(i-AUD Viewer) Group Permission.

  • If a user has only i-AUD Viewer permission, the i-AUD Designer tool will still appear,
    and its visibility can be blocked using SDX(i- AUD Designer block) Group Permission settings.

i-MATRIX Report IconAcessible with V0(i-MATRIX) Group Permission.

i-META File

A bundled file containing required data by business unit.

Acessible with M0(i-META File) Group Permission.

META View File Report

Contains META layout information + Report information.

Acessible with SX(i-META View File) Group Permission.

2. Category 

Shows a list of categories. These allow users to organize the reports in the shared folder based on individual preferences.

3. Individual 

Shows the user's personal folder list.

4. Tool 

Shows a list of available Designer tools. Clicking i-AUD Designer will launch the Designer mode.

Only users with a valid Designer license and account credentials(ID, Password) for AUD Platform Designer permission can access this feature.

  • If SDX(i-AUD Designer block) permission is applied, Designer mode will not be accessible even with valid credentials, since SDX permission is prioritized.

5. Favorites 

Displays a list of reports marked as favorites.

6. Notice 

Notice can be written by Administrator and general users can only read the notices.

Therefore, Administrator accounts have [Write], [Modify], and [Delete] buttons.

Use the combo box to select a filter, then input keywords and press Enter key or click the [Search] button.

[-] : Search all posts set to [Unused] or [Use] popup option

[Unused] : Search all posts set to [Unused] popup option

[in use], [Use] : Search all posts set to [Use] popup option

Board Grid

- NO : An unique number assigned to each notice

- Title : A title of the written notice

- Writer : Username(account) fo the person who wrote the post

- Hits : The number of times the post has been viewed

- Created Date : The data and time when the post was created

- File: Indicates whether a file is attached to the post

Write

- Title : Refer to the ‘Board Grid’

- File : Attach a file (Downloadable)

* Up to 10MB can be uplaoded per file

- Pop-up settings : Set time and order of the notice as popup when users access to the portal screen

- [Save] : Upload the written notice

- [Back], [List] : Cancel the current post and return to the list

Read

- Title, Writer, Created Date, Hits : Refer to ‘Board Grid’

- File : Attach a file(Downloadable)

- Next Post : Navigate to the next post written after the current post

- Previous Post : Navigate to the previous post written before the current post

- Delete : Delete the current post (Only available to Administrator and the writer of the post)

- Modify : Modify the current post (Only available to Administrator and the writer of the post)

- List : Return to the list


7. FAQ 

FAQ provides a form for posting Questions(Q) and Answers(A). Only Administrator has permissions to write a post ([Write] button provided),
to modify or delete previously uploaded posts ([Modify], [Delete] buttons provided).

General users can only view contents.

Search

Search keywords by question content.

Input keywords into text box and press Enter key or click the [Search] button with the magnifying glass icon.

Board Grid

- Type : [Q](Question), [A](Answer)

- FAQ : Displays frequently asked questions and answers, and they are distinguished by [Q] and [A] letters

※ By default, [A](Answer)s are collapsed. Clicking [Q](Question) expands the correponding answer. When expanded, the Administrator is shown [Modify] and [Delete] buttons.

Write

Can register both [Q](Question) and [A](Answer) on the board.

The post is uploaded when [Save] button is clicked.

Read

Click a [Q](Question) title in the board to expand and view the corresponding [A](Answer).


8. Q&A 

The Q&A board allows all users to post general questions or answers on the board.

All users can access the [Write] and [Comment] buttons to upload a post, and Administrators can delete any questions and answers.
General users can modify or delete their own questions and answers they have posted.

Search

Users can seaarch by title, content, or writer.

Select a search criterion from the combo box, and enter keyword in the right text box and press Enter key or click the [Search] button.

Board Grid

Displays information of posts in No, Title, Writer, Hits, and Created Date order.

Comments can be viewed by clicking the icon next the title..

Write

- Title : A title of Q&A post

- Writer : User ID (Administrator Account)

- Created Date : The date and time of the written post (Displays after the post is saved)

- Hits : The number of times the post has been viewed (Displays after the post is saved)

- Content : Enter the question or answer

- File : Attach a FIle (Downloadable)

* Up to 10MB can be uplaoded per file

- Confidential Post Settings : Choose whether the post is visible to all employees (Public Post) or only to the intended recipients who will answer the question (Confidential Post)

Read

- Title, Writer, Created Date, Hits, Attachment : Same as above

- Next Post : Navigate to the next post written after the current post

- Previous Post : Navigate to the previous post written before the current post

- Delete : Delete the current post (Only available to Administrator and the writer of the post)

- Modify : Modify the current post (Only available to Administrator and the writer of the post)

- Comments : Add a response to the post

- List : Return to the list


9. Portal Tree Functions

Initial Screen setting

The following menu appears, when right-click a report in [Tree Area].

- Initial Screen setting : Set the initial screen to the selected report

- Remove the initial screen : Set the initial screen to default value

- Refresh : [Refresh] subfolders of the selected folder

   

10. Show/Hide Tree Area

     Users can toggle display of each section — List / Category / Individual / Tool.
